Custom products are made to order. Please review your artwork, product details and delivery information before completing checkout.
Production Times
Most items are produced in about 2 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Times vary by product and quantity.
Shipping Estimates
Delivery time is production (about 2 to 7 business days) plus shipping to your address. An estimated delivery date is shown in the cart after you enter your ZIP Code. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated for your ZIP Code and shown in the cart before you pay.
Multiple Shipments
Orders with different products may ship in more than one package.
Tracking
When your order ships, the carrier tracking number is available. Contact us with your order number and we will send it to you.
Custom Product Returns
Because each item is made with your artwork, custom products are not eligible for return for change of mind or size selection. Please use the size guide before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
Cancellation Requests
Contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production may not be cancelled.
