These terms explain how orders, customization, payments and other services work when you use KustomPop.

Who We Are

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to place an order. You do not need an account to buy. Orders ship to addresses in the United States.

Product Information and Customization

Products are made to order with the artwork, colors, sizes and options you choose. On-screen previews show how your design should look; small variations in color and placement can happen in production.

Artwork Ownership and Permissions

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, image and text you upload. You keep ownership of your artwork and allow us and our production partners to use it only to prepare, produce and deliver your order.

Design Approval

Before checkout you review and approve your final design. The approved design is the one used to prepare your order. Please check spelling, logo, colors and placement before approving.

Prices, Discounts and Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars before shipping. Shipping, any embroidery setup fee and discounts are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.

Production and Fulfillment

Orders are produced and shipped by our production and fulfillment partners after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because products are made to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible after production has started.

Intellectual Property

The KustomPop name, logo and website content belong to Silva Growth LLC. Your artwork remains yours.

Limitations Subject to Applicable Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
