How do I place an order?
Choose a product, upload your logo, select your options and review your design. Once everything looks right, add it to your cart and complete checkout.
Do I need a logo?
You can upload your existing logo or contact our team if you need help preparing your artwork.
Can I order different shirt sizes?
Yes. Select the quantity you need for each available size on the product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping depends on your products and delivery address. Enter your ZIP Code in the cart to see the shipping cost before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Production takes about 2 to 7 business days, plus shipping to your address. Enter your ZIP Code in the cart to see an estimated delivery date. Estimates aren't guaranteed delivery dates.
Is there an embroidery setup fee?
New embroidery designs have a one-time setup fee per logo, shown before checkout. If your logo was already set up for embroidery, the fee is removed automatically.
Can I change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after production has started.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. You can pay by card or Apple Pay on supported devices. You do not need an account to buy.
