We take the privacy of your business information and uploaded artwork seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use KustomPop.
Information We Collect
Information you give us when you order or contact us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, the products you choose and any message you send. Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by us.
Uploaded Logos and Artwork
Logos and artwork you upload are stored so we can show previews and produce your order. Files are kept in our storage provider and shared only with the partners needed to produce your order.
How We Use Information
To show previews, process and deliver orders, calculate shipping, send order updates and answer your questions.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe receives the information needed to process your payment under its own privacy policy.
Production and Shipping Partners
We share your artwork, the products ordered and the shipping name, address and phone with our print-on-demand production partner (Printful) and its carriers, only to produce and deliver your order.
Storage and Retention
We keep order records and the artwork used in an order as long as needed to fulfill the order, handle issues and meet legal and tax obligations.
Cookies and Analytics
The site uses browser storage to keep your cart and uploaded logo during your visit. We do not sell personal information.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to what we must keep for orders and legal obligations. Contact us at hello@kustompop.com.
Security
The site uses HTTPS and payments are handled by Stripe. No system is completely secure, but we limit access to your information to what is needed to run your order.
